Tracking

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

To be eligible:

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and inspected:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method

If the product is not defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, processing begins and we cannot guarantee changes.

Damaged or Lost Items

Provide photos of the packaging and product
We will arrange a replacement or refund

If your order is marked delivered but not received, please contact your local courier first. Modern Basics is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping details.
